The Fueled by Faith Journal
Fueled by Faith is a 16-week guided mindset journal created specifically for Christian athletes who want to strengthen both their mental game and their relationship with God. Designed by a certified Mental Performance Coach, this journal merges faith and psychology to help you compete with confidence, peace, and purpose.
Each week, you’ll dive into a powerful Bible verse that connects directly to a key mental performance skill—such as confidence, focus, gratitude, resilience, and rest. You’ll then put that lesson into practice with short daily journaling prompts (just 5 minutes a day!) and weekly reflections to help you grow as both an athlete and a follower of Christ.

Heather Pina, MA, CMPC
Heather is a leader in the field of Sport Psychology with years of experience working with athletes of all ages, levels, and sports. She has worked extensively with elite high school and collegiate athletes, elevating their mindset to reach peak performance. As well as with a number of collegiate and competitive teams to create an elite culture and mentality that has led to success. Heather is also dedicated to growing the field of Sport Psychology by mentoring future sport psychology professionals and creating accessible resources for athletes everywhere.
