Heather Pina, MA, CMPC
Hi I’m Heather! I’m the Owner and Head Mental Performance Coach at Pina Performance Coaching. I have years of experience working with athletes of all ages, levels, and sports. I have worked extensively with elite high school and collegiate athletes, elevating their mindset to reach peak performance. As well as with a number of collegiate and competitive teams to create an elite culture and mentality that has led to success.
I am a former collegiate soccer player that has been in your shoes. I became a mental performance coach because I faced my own struggles with confidence and performance anxiety as an athlete. I’m now focused on providing athletes with the tools I wish I had (and needed) in order to be at my best.
My goal as your mental performance coach is to help you feel confident, develop resilience, and perform better as an athlete.
